Boy Scout Troop 626

Background:
Troop 626 is a Boy Scout Troop in Northwest Houston.  Our charter partner is Windwood Presbyterian Church. We are a member of Phoenix District, which is a part of the Sam Houston Area Council, covering the Houston metro area.


Purpose of Scouting:
The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America, as incorporated on February 8, 1910 and charted by Congress in June 1916, is to provide for boys and young adults an effective educational program designed to build desirable qualities of character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.


Troop Meetings:
Troop 626 normally meets every Monday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 at Windwood Presbyterian Church's Youth Building. Meeting Location
